Subscriptions

Manage your InfraDots Platform subscription to ensure continuous access to all features and services.

Subscription Plans

InfraDots Platform offers different subscription plans to meet your organization's needs:

• Starter: Kick off with one organization, one workspace, and up to 50 managed resources
• Growth: Scale with unlimited organizations, custom concurrency, and priority support
• Enterprise: Unlock bespoke governance, integrations, and a dedicated account team

Managing Your Subscription

You can view and manage your subscription details both from the InfraDots platform dashboard or from your account settings. From the IDP Dashboard:

1. Navigate to your organization
2. Click "Settings"
3. Select the "Subscription" tab
4. View your current plan, billing information, and usage statistics

From Your account subscription settings:

1. On the top nav select Account
2. Click "Subscriptions"

Billing Information

To update your billing information:

1. Navigate to your organization's subscription settings
2. Click "Update Billing Information"
3. Enter your payment details
4. Click "Save"

Upgrading or Downgrading

To change your subscription plan:

1. Navigate to your organization's subscription settings
2. Click "Change Plan"
3. Select your desired plan
4. Review the changes and confirm
